As Site Acquisition Analyst on the Project Development Team, you will assist with the analysis and acquisition of new PV development opportunities and support the development strategy of our PV portfolio. The Site Acquisition Analyst will primarily work on projects in Massachusetts with the potential for some exposure to other markets in the United States and overseas. The ideal candidate is one that possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong independence producing research analysis in the workplace.

. Requirements:
  • Identify target sites for solar development using GIS/GIS-soft tools, maps, zoning bylaws, and other tools provided by BlueWave or publicly available.
  • Manage pipeline of PV development prospects in BlueWave's CRM platform: Salesforce;
  • Conduct fatal flaw on-site assessments of prospective PV development opportunities;
  • Coordinate utility infrastructure diligence activities;
  • Manage relationships and QC work product with partner engineers and consultants;
  • Draft site plan designs in AutoCAD for PV development opportunities;
  • Perform data analytics of new historical site origination efforts and utility interconnection information to refine site origination strategies;
  • Other duties for which the candidate is qualified
