Responsibilities

Job Description

The Operations Specialist will work closely with the Operations Supervisor by implementing best practices in the Warehouses and assisting the Warehouse Team in item processing, packing and pulling items for delivery. The Operations Specialist’s role includes ensuring organization and effectiveness in the Warehouse.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Motivate Associates to be efficient, productive, and promote a healthy happy work environment
  • Lead the workflow of warehouse processing
  • Coordinate and lead the team to ensure all roles are being fulfilled safely
  • Report on daily production outcomes
  • Implement new ideas and processes that will drive overall efficiencies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities
  • You have at least 2 years of warehouse experience
  • You are comfortable with managing a team
  • You must be able to lift heavy items (ranging from 25 to 100 lbs)
  • Flexible and resilient, you can quickly react and adapt to on the go adjustments
  • You're flexible to work weekends/ and shift schedule changes as needed
  • Lead by example, especially on the Warehouse floor
