Purpose of Position-

The primary responsibility of this position is toleadthe Electronic Payment (credit andgift card processing) Programfor the Company andforDunkin’ Donuts’ and Baskin-Robbins’franchisees. Specifically, this individual isresponsible forthe overall financial management of the ElectronicPaymentProgramandformaintaining best practices across various treasury platforms throughfranchisee education/support,throughongoing relationship management with banks, electronic payment processors, and financial service providersand by serving as the subject matter expert on various cross functional teamsas it relates to the Company’s credit and gift card processing programs. This position provides direct oversight and management responsibilities forthree senior level analysts.

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Lead the management ofthe overall credit and gift card payment processacross both in store and digital/mobileplatformsfor the franchisee community and the Company
  • Provide complex financial analyses and recommendations to members of Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage complex budget, perform variance analysisand own accountability to leadership and franchisees
  • Cultivate and support external relationships with processors and network brands
  • Negotiatecontractual terms with global strategic partnersthat support the Company’s payments products
  • Manage and oversee escheatment/breakage program,pricing/interchangeanalytics, industry comparisons, RFPprocesses
  • Ensure compliance with payment card regulations
  • Oversee the resolution ofcomplex processing issues
  • Serve as apayments subject matter expert andprovide oversight, strategy, planning, communication and implementation guidance for payment related projects
  • Providestrategic support to theoverallgrowth of the electronic payment processing program
  • Participate in industry discussions to broaden professional knowledge and stay current on payment trends
  • Promote quality improvement and innovation, including identifyingimprovement to processes and procedures that support thepaymentsprogram
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
  • 2years managerialand/or supervisoryexperience
  • 7-10years progressiveexperience in the electronics payment processing industry
  • Hands on experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
