We are currently seeking a highly qualified Lead Software Developer (C#, .NET) to join our IS Manufacturing department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing-based IS systems at PMUSA locations in Richmond, VA.

Specific accountabilities include:

* Providing leadership to deliver Enterprise application solutions used in our manufacturing environment
* Designing and implementing IS solutions following IS Manufacturing Standards and industry best practices
* Communicating complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise manner
* Working effectively at different levels within project teams and client organizations to understand business needs and define strategic solutions
* Managing multiple priorities in a changing environment
* Developing and mentoring project members
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

Qualifications include:

* B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or relevant experience
* 8+ years of proven IS development experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
* Technical skills:o Data and system architectureo Object oriented analysis and design techniqueso Strong organization and documentation skillso Programming languages (C#.NET, MS SQL Transact-SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)o Knowledge of the iOS platform and mobile application conceptso Experience with front-end development frameworks and toolkits, such as Bootstrap and Kendo* Highly motivated, autonomous work ethic
* Ability to learn new skills and technologies
