This role will have the opportunity to work with a team that oversees the Production of our weekly LIVE RAW and SmackDown events, monthly LIVE PPV events, as well as many other live and/or taped Productions. The role will report into the VP of Business Operations and work closely with the EVP of Production and Operations, Finance Department, and Event Technical Operations Team members. He/She will be tasked with implementing a new Production Accounting Software System, along with workflows to bring our Production costs and processes into an industry standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand current coding processes

• Identify proper Production accounting software

• Integrate software into current processes

• Improve and implement WWE's production chart of accounts

• Write complete Production budgets by coordinating with proper parties on all costs

• Submit monthly accruals based on forecasted actuals

• Track actuals against budgets, and distribute final cost reports


• 5 - 10 years' experience in Production Accounting and/or Production Management

• Extensive experience in Production accounting software systems and accounting concepts is required

• Ability to write Production budgets

• Event Production experience is preferred

• Experience with EP and/or Movie Magic systems is required

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Ability to implement effective change

• Project Management experience is a plus

• Minimal Travel is required

• BA is required
