Custom Gear Operations Analyst / Titleist Golf Clubs*

Location: Vista, CA

Salary Range: $62K to $77K, Plus Bonus Eligibility

This role will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the health of our business operations through insightful data analytics and process development both internally and with external partners as needed. The incumbent will also play a cross-functional role across systems and processes enabling efficient material flow and order execution.

Duties include but are not limited to;
  • Manage material flow and capacity between all warehouses and vendors, including incoming product from suppliers to execute daily production to meet or exceed our on-time excellence standards.
  • Maintain, Develop, and Execute processes across production, customer service (order entry), digitizing, and the warehouse to manage the business in an efficient manner to serve the marketplace effectively.
  • Support all Gear team members and liaise with IT on all gear system improvement requests, design criteria, and upgrade tasks essentially acting as the technical expert on AGS for our team.
  • Prepare and Build operations reports to assess progress against the business plan and develop insights for areas of improvement / actions required to meet those goals.
  • Facilitate and Expedite rush, tour, and high priority orders to provide best in class service to our high visibility / value customers.
  • Assist management with assessing department and overflow vendor performance, including providing insights for areas of improvement.

Position Requires:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a preference in Business, Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an analytical role required, preferably in the consumer goods industry. (Golf or Equipment a plus); Very strong Microsoft Office & analytical skills; Practical experience of best practice in order fulfilment, technical service and customer services processes
  • Must possess and apply strong analytic skills to drive solutions on actionable insights aligned with the overall Custom Gear strategy. Knowledge of ERP (Lawson Infor M3 / Cognos preferred) principles, practices and procedures preferred. Must possess strong technical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging programs/software.
